Our team brings together a diverse range of skills, experience, and dedication to provide quality property management, maintenance, and construction services.

Shameka Paige earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance from Alabama State University in December 2017. In addition to her financial expertise, she contributes valuable hands-on skills to the team, including painting, closet construction, property improvements, and project coordination. She also serves as a key part of the day-to-day operations and management of our rental properties.

Shantrell Mangum is the owner of Alabama Construction & Repairs, based in Montgomery, Alabama. He brings extensive experience in construction, property renovations, maintenance, and project management, ensuring that each project is completed with professionalism and attention to detail.

Together, we operate a family-owned property rental and construction company that has proudly served the community since 2020. Our commitment is to provide quality housing, dependable service, and reliable workmanship for our tenants and clients.

Our team also includes Charlie, Sireko, and Billy, who each play important roles in supporting property maintenance, construction projects, and daily operations. Their hard work and dedication help us deliver exceptional service and maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.
